Our stay at Charity Hotel had its ups and downs. The hotel grounds are absolutely lovely, providing a nice atmosphere to relax before and after our safari. The rooms offer beautiful views, but the noise from the corridors is hard to ignore. The service, while warm, cannot completely mask the shortcomings in the dining experience and room conditions. Overall, it has great potential but needs a little more attention to detail.
