Our stay at Charity Hotel had its ups and downs. The hotel grounds are absolutely lovely, providing a nice atmosphere to relax before and after our safari. The rooms offer beautiful views, but the noise from the corridors is hard to ignore. The service, while warm, cannot completely mask the shortcomings in the dining experience and room conditions. Overall, it has great potential but needs a little more attention to detail.
The Charity Hotel is a solid choice for budget travelers, offering a clean and safe environment with great staff. I enjoyed the lovely garden and the full breakfast each morning, but I did find the overall condition of the hotel quite dated and some amenities lacking. The location was convenient for my needs, though the shower in my room was a bit of a hassle since it wouldn't stay in place. Overall, I felt like I got good value for my money during my month-long stay.
